I am a licensed mental health counselor in private practice in New York. I specialize in the treatment of addictive behaviors, anxiety, depression and life transitions. My approach to therapy is collaborative and the treatment modalities used to guide my work include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based therapy and psychodynamic therapy.

Before transitioning to private practice, I worked at Inter-Care, an outpatient addiction treatment center in New York. I completed my graduate fieldwork at the Addiction Institute at Mt. Sinai West Hospital. I also volunteered with the Crime Victims Treatment Center, a not-for-profit organization that provides support to survivors of violent crime. I received a Master of Arts and Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. In addition, I earned a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I am a member of the New York Mental Health Counselors Association and the American Counseling Association.
